A pair of good quality cast-brass wall lights of fluted “torchere” form by the famous lighting designer of Best & Lloyd Birmingham. These lights were reputedly designed for the Pullmam 1st class railway carriages and come with their original frosted glass tulip form lampshade. England c.1925
